Developing a Strategy to Transition Careers

Over 140 Yale students, alumni, and friends joined a webinar in June 2020 aimed especially for those who were hoping to move from an unfulfilling job to a career of meaning. Michael Watson '81, deputy director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and Robyn Acampora, director of strategic initiatives and public service careers in Yale's Office of Career Strategy, reviewed concrete steps for changing careers and pursuing a different type of work in the public, private, or nonprofit sector.
