1stGenYale hosted Elisabeth Anton ’89 for a three-part "Personal Financial Planning" series, moderated by Folake Fadayomi ‘18 MBA with support from FGLI undergrad Albert Lee ‘22. The series, intended for both students and alumni, was co-sponsored by the Yale Club of Washington DC, the Yale Latino Alumni Network, & Yale Fin.
Part 1: Credit/Cash Flow Management – March 31, 2022. Participants learned how to manage their budget, determine discretionary income, and manage credit cards.
Part 2: Investing 101 - April 28, 2022. Participants learned how to use investments to grow their wealth - on any income.
Part 3: Retirement Strategies - May 26, 2022. Participants learned strategies available to grow retirement wealth.
Elisabeth Anton, '89 Silliman, is a proud FGLI graduate with an MBA in Finance (Wharton Business School). Her banking experience includes Merrill Lynch (London), Credit Suisse (Madrid), and HSBC (Dubai). She is a licensed Investment Advisor Representative with a Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65.
Elisabeth understands the unique financial challenges facing underserved communities.
