Updated: Aug 13

Medical illustrators draw what can't be seen, watch what's never been done, and tell thousands about it without saying a word. In a webinar with Zina Deretsky '98, alumni got the opportunity to learn about the unique and rigorous training and the career of one of these visual problem solvers. Deretsky explored half a dozen illustration assignments and discussed how projects are borne of cross-disciplinary collaborations every day. The event was co-sponsored by the Yale Club of Washington, DC, and 1stGenYale.
