Common Good & Creative Careers Networking Event 2025

"1stGenYale is a resource that we’re always excited to share through Yale & You!” says Ivy Tica ’26. She was one of the Yale students attending the Common Good & Creative Careers Networking Event in February 2025. 1stGenYale was there too, to meet with students like Ivy and talk about the many resources we offer.

Andrey Sokolov ’27, a Summer Bulldogs intern in 2024, also stopped by the 1stGenYale table. Sponsored by the Office of Career Strategy, the event offered Yale students the chance to talk with potential employers in the nonprofit, public service, and arts fields. Students also learned more about 1stGenYale’s career resources, including opportunities to network with alums and workshops on life skills and careers.
